It's probably a wee bit cold for you to be playing frisbee now, but you never know! Here in Colorado we get 70 degree days in the middle of winter every now and then :)
Either way this is just a post to brag on Ryan for playing frisbee with an ostomy.
He runs, passes, leaps, catches but just no diving. Not unless he has his ostomy armor on at least!
You can do the biggest and smallest of things with your ostomy. Just live your life and be grateful.
